Furniture & Lighting
At Anchor, we stand behind the quality of our furniture products and offer a one year warranty to our customers. If you experience any issues with your furniture within the first year of ownership, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
In the unlikely event that you need to return your furniture, we offer a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your furniture to request a return authorization. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
Please note that custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are not eligible for returns. In addition, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We value your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your furniture. If you have any questions about our warranty or return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Tiles
At Anchor, we stand behind the quality of our furniture products and offer a 60 days warranty to our customers. If you experience any issues with the tiles within the first 60 days of ownership, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please note that colour might be slightly different in different batch. In addition, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
